Patient Participation Group

Our Patient Participation Group HIP (Huthwaite Involving Patients) is
encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. They
would like to be able to ask the opinions of as many patients as possible and
are asking if people would like to provide their email addresses/telephone
numbers so that they can contact you every now and again to ask you a question
or two. We aim to do a further survey in September, which you can take part in
at the surgery or 'on line'.
